It’s Palm Sunday at Mountain View!

6 The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. 7 They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. 8 Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” 10 And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?” 11 And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”

The Holy Bible: English Standard Version (Wheaton: Standard Bible Society, 2001), Mt 21:6–11.

Hosanna means, “Save us, now!” Ever felt that way, that you need out right now?

Jesus will save you–come, sit under the teaching of Jesus through the Bible, and learn what it means to be saved.

Ephesians 28–9 [widescreen]

Sermon text: Ephesians 2:8-10.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
